The house is suitable for 2 families. The house has a nice kitchen/dining room, a large living room with good natural light, 2 toilets with bath, a good utility room and 4 bedrooms.
There is a secluded enclosed garden with many good sheltered corners and a good terrace. There will be a playhouse, small slide and sandbox for Easter 2024. There will be an outdoor spa from Easter 2024 - you must order the preparation of this (for a fee) if you want it to be ready when you arrive.
