Flovt Beach – Peace and private garden

This beautiful holiday home is modern and tastefully furnished, with plenty of light from the large windows. Includes four bedrooms divided two by two at each end of the large kitchen/family room. The annex is youthfully furnished with a sofa bed, table football, TV and games console. The area is quiet and located at one of the region's best beaches, the beach is extremely child-friendly with shallow water and a sandy bottom. A few kilometers from the area is the small cozy fishing village of Årøsund, from where you can sail to the small island of Årø. Larger nearby towns include Haderslev, a thoroughly charming old town that is dominated by the city's impressive cathedral, for example, take a walk through Haderslev Dampark at the city center, the young and active adults can visit Streetdome Haderslev (Denmark's largest skate park). There are also plenty of cultural offerings, whether you are into film, music or art. Note: Not for commercial rental.

Huisje ligt prachtig op een rustig park met een fijne omheining.Ruime vertrekken, goede keuken en grote badkamer. Wel wat achterstallig onderhoud (loszittende planken, lekkende airco, schimmelplekken, buitenkant veel spinnenwebben - hierover contact gehad en dit wordt volgens de eigenaar allemaal opgepakt na het seizoen. De spinnenwebben komen volgens de eigenaar/Campaya door de ligging aan zee (800 mtr!), echter de andere huisjes waren veel schoner aan de buitenlant. Wees dan gewoon eerlijk. Het contact met Campaya is waardeloos - vier emails gestuurd tijdens ons verblijf en geen enkele reactie gekregen. Ook de telefoon wordt niet beantwoordt en de lijn wordt na enkele minuten verbroken. Voicemails achtergelaten maar hier ook geen opvolging - totaal geen service. Je krijgt dus niemand te pakken want er is geen direct contact met de eigenaar mogelijk (we wilden graag de airco gemaakt hebben tijdens ons verblijf). Campaya vroeg bij terugkomst wel om een beoordeling, nou deze krijgen nu dan ook. We zijn nu inmiddels 4 dagen terug en nog steeds geen reply gekregen.

Wir (Familie mit 3 Kindern (4,7,9) und einem Hund hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus bietet alles was benötigt wird. Das umzäunte Grundstück sowie das "Spielhaus" sind hervorzuheben. Die Lage ist günstig für viele Ausflüge. Der Weg zum Meer kurz. Der Strandabschnitt von Flovt ist hervorragend und muss im Sommer traumhaft sein.
