Furnished house in Esbjerg near the beach and harbour. 3 kilometers to the center of Esbjerg.
The house is modernised in 2014. New kitchen with dishwasher, combined fridge-freezer, microwave oven, coffee maker etc. Eating area in conjunction with the kitchen. In the ground floor there also is a living room with TV and burning stove. Sun lounges in conjunction with utility room with washing machine and lots of space in the cupboards with possibilities for an additional bed. Small bathroom with toilet, sink and shower - the floor is heated. There is also a bedroom with 2 beds.
Upper floor with 2 bedrooms with 1 bed each. Big bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
Lovely closed garden with fuit trees - there is also a carport.
Drive to the backside of the house over Aalykken.
