The property covers a natural plot of 694 m² and is situated only 250 meters from both the sea and the fjord. A bathing jetty is located nearby. The nearest shop is 3 km away, and the closest golf course is 7.5 km from the house. Outdoors, you’ll find both an open and a covered terrace, a tool shed, and various play facilities such as a swing, sandbox, slide, and football goal. You will also find a playground just 2 km from the house. A barbecue and a carport are also available, and there is parking directly at the house. The house has a living space of 41 m² and was originally built in 1970, with a thorough renovation completed in 2006. The holiday home can accommodate up to 6 people and one child under the age of 3. The sleeping arrangements are flexible, making the home ideal for both families and friends. The cozy bedroom features a comfortable double bed for two. At one end of the living room, there is a double sofa bed, suitable for two guests. Outside, a charming annex offers an additional double sofa bed – perfect for two more guests. A baby cot is also available for the youngest visitors. Your little furry friend is also welcome – one pet is allowed. The house is equipped with an energy-efficient air-to-air heat pump, ensuring a pleasant indoor climate throughout the year. The modern, well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking, including a refrigerator, a freezer with 100-liter capacity, four ceramic hobs, a convection oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher. A highchair is available for young children, making it easy for the whole family to enjoy the meals together. The bathroom features a shower, a toilet, and underfloor heating. For entertainment and convenience, the house offers a TV with Chromecast, a DVD player, radio, stereo system, and CD player. At least four Danish TV channels are available, and there is wireless internet access.
