Full marks to Novasol who sorted out problems quickly and efficiently. We arrived to find the hot water boiler not switched on and the built in fridge freezer not switched on. We thought we had switched the fridge/freezer on but it really did not get cold or even begin to freeze up. Novasol provided on the following day a substitute fridge, and on the first working day a new freezer. Thank you.After that we thoroughly enjoyed the accommodation and wonderful view. The house has great potential but it is clear that a maintenance program is needed for holiday properties to ensure guests are not disappointed.
