The house is 86 m2 and located just a 10-15 minute walk from Vibæk Beach and amenities such as NETTO and Strandvejens Konditori. You can take a leisurely walk or bike ride along the nearby Nature Trail. It's 2-3 km to the center of Ebeltoft. The house features 3 bedrooms, a kitchen open to the living room with a wood stove, and a fully renovated bathroom with underfloor heating. The house is well-positioned and elevated, offering views of a small lake with abundant birdlife from the southwest-facing part of the terrace. Additionally, there are terraces all around the house, so you can choose whether to sit in the shade or enjoy the sun all day. The entire upper part of the property is fenced. On the lower part of the property, there is a small football field with 2 goals. Not rented to youth groups. Here's what you can experience: It's almost 1 km to Vibæk Beach and a bit further to Ebeltoft, one of Denmark's most popular holiday towns. Here you'll find cobblestone, winding, narrow streets and quirky old houses, including the small town hall, probably the most charming of its kind in Denmark. The town is beautifully situated on a hill overlooking Ebeltoft Vig and entices with many good restaurants, the frigate Jylland, a fantastic glass museum, and a delightful and cozy cultural center "Maltfabrikken". Not far from here is Djurs Sommerland with over 60 attractions. Visit Randers Regnskov, Skandinavisk Dyrepark, Ree Safari Park, or the Kattegat Center in Grenå. The beautiful surrounding nature also invites fantastic bike rides or hikes. For example, visit "Tre Høje" in the Mols Mountains and Kalø Slotsruin or visit the Ebeltoft Golf Club, just a few kilometers away.
