Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 126 m² and is build in 1996. In 2015 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. There is ground heat. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 120 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1900 m² natural site. Situated 800 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 5900 m away. Furthermore the house has a 10 m² covered terrace. Hereof a total of 30 m² enclosed terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is 3,5 m wide, 5 m long . The water temperature is between 27 and 30 ° C hot.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, baking oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.

Das Ferienhaus ist schön gelegen und es hat eine komplette Ausstattung. Die Energie kosten sind nicht sonderlich hoch. Es ist sehr ruhig in der Siedlung.

Das Ferienhaus entspricht nicht der Beschreibung. Die Einrichtung ist abgewohnt, Sofa durchgesessen. Sessel durchgesessen. Dann ist auch störend das es keine Abtrennung vom Pool zum WC gibt.

Das Haus ist toll für kleine Familien. Mit 4 Personen toll mit mehreren wird es knapp mit dem Geschirr und mit dem einen Badezimmer. < br /> < br />Ein paar Dinge sollten mal repariert werden aber im großen und ganzen, vor allem bei dem Preis, ist das Haus top. < br />Die Nebenkosten sind auch super niedrig.

Wir hatten viel Glück mit unserem Wetter,und konnten viele Unternehmungen tätigen.Leider sind die guten Sachen etwas weiter weg.Was wir auf jeden Fall empfehlen ist der Tierpark mit den Glaskuppel in Randers, Wahnsinn was dort einem Geboten wird.Tiere die man sonst nicht sieht,und theoretisch alles zum anfassen.Fussballgolf in der Nähe hat uns auch sehr Spaß gemacht.Minuspunkte bekommt das Haus und die Gastronomie in der Nähe.Gefühlt ist der Ort gar nicht auf Touristen eingestellt,man muss lange unterwegs sein um unterschiedliche Auswahl an Essen zu bekommen.Sonst ist die Umgebung sauber.Das Haus würde ich für das Geld nicht nochmal mieten.Es ist gepflegt aber die Kaputte Couch,die Undichten Duschköpfe viel verkalkte Stellen,und die Fugen müssen erneuert werden im Sanitärbereich sind uns aufgefallen.
