The holiday home is situated on a 1390 m² natural site. Situated 400 m from the sea. A bathing jetty is available nearby. Nearest shop is 1000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 5000 m. A 40 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 20 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

General:
Wir verbrachten in diesem Haus eine schöne Woche mit unseren Freunden. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Ruhe ist einfach wunderbar und der Ausblick vom Haus ist herrlich. Nur ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war, dass man erst die Verkehrsstraße überqueren muss, bevor man ans Wasser kommt. Aber das war nicht so schlimm, da ja sowieso kein Badewetter war. Dafür haben wir die Umgebung und Attraktionen erkundet. So haben wir den Skandinavisk Dyrepark besucht, ein gut angelegter Zoo. Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch die Fregatte Jylland in Ebeltoft. Ebenso ist das Gammel Estrup Slot einen Besuch wert, dort gibt es auch im ausgebauten alten Stall ein leckeres Essen. Also wer im Urlaub keinen Trubel sucht, ist in diesem Ferienhaus genau richtig und wer gern am Wasser ist, nimmt auch die Straße in Kauf.
