Das Haus ist neu und entsprechend modern. In dieser Kategorie kann man das Haus auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Es liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Ecke und trotzdem in der Stadt. Wenn man auf Meerblick, Sauna und Kamin verzichten kann, ist das Haus perfekt für Familien – es verfügt über zwei Badezimmer.
