Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 1420 m² garden site. The site is fenced in. Situated 250 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 750 m away. A 100 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 30 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Play tower. Slide.Fire place. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 5 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 8 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 af disse sovepladser befinder sig i et anneks. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years). There is floor heating in 4 the bedrooms.

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

General:
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in Ebeltoft in einem wirklich schönen Haus. Wie waren mit Schwager und Schwägerin vor Ort. Da Haus bietet ausreichend Möglichkeiten, um bei Bedarf auch mal Zeit für sich zu haben. Zentraler Treffpunkt war bei uns immer der Wohn- und Essbereich. Das Haus bietet einige Vorzüge wie z. B. den Außenwhirlpool an der Terrasse, welchen wir ausgiebig genutzt haben und von dem man einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Grundstück hatte. Ebenso kann man die für Ferienhausverhältnisse recht große Sauna hervorheben in der man auch gut mit vier Personen entspannen kann und im Anschluss direkten Zugang zum Außenbereich hat.
