Dieses Ferienhaus liegt in der ersten Reihe zum Badestrand bei Dyngby Strand und aufgrund seiner erhöhten Lage hat man einen fantastischen Panoramablick auf die Bucht von Århus. Auch vom Wohnzimmer, wo es große Panoramafenster gibt, kann man diese Aussicht genießen.
Insgesamt gibt es vier Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder; in das eine Bad gelangt man nur durch das eine Schlafzimmer. Das Haus ist praktisch mit u.a. einer gut ausgestatteten Küche eingerichtet und besitzt zwei offene und eine überdachte Terrassenfläche mit Blick zum Meer.
Das große Grundstück ist von einer hohen Hecke umgeben und abgeschirmt und die Rasenfläche lädt zum Sonnen, Ballspielen und zu anderen Aktivitäten im Freien ein. Für den Grill ist kein Gas bzw. keine Grillkohle vorhanden.
