About the house
Inside, you will find a bright and modern kitchen open to the dining area and living room – ideal for cosy moments of cooking and socialising.
The house has three spacious bedrooms – one with a double bed and two with single beds – as well as two beautiful bathrooms with shower cubicles, so there is plenty of room for both family and friends.
The tasteful décor and large windows create a lovely, bright atmosphere where you will immediately feel at home.

The surroundings
The living room has direct access to a large, partially covered wooden terrace with comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue – perfect for cosy dinners and relaxed evenings under the open sky.
The garden offers plenty of space for play and relaxation, and the area around the house is peaceful and green.

Ballen is one of Samsø's most popular holiday areas – known for its cosy marina, delicious restaurants, ice cream parlours and small shops. Everything is within walking distance, and the atmosphere is always warm and welcoming.

The island
When you feel like exploring more of the island, there are loads of things to do: visit Samsø Falcon Centre, play a round of golf, or explore the scenic landscapes with fields, hills, and coastal paths.
