Welcome to a lovely holiday flat in the heart of Ballen – spread over two floors and with one of Samsø's best beaches right outside the door. Here you will find the setting for a holiday filled with light, togetherness and the most beautiful view of the sea.

About the apartment
The holiday apartment is tastefully decorated with bright rooms and modern details. On the ground floor, you will find a well-equipped kitchen with dining area and direct views of the water, a bathroom with shower cubicle and a bedroom with double bed.
There is also a washing machine and dryer at the entrance – handy when you want your holiday to be completely relaxed.
On the first floor, you step directly into the bright living room with large panoramic windows, where you can enjoy the view of the sea and the green areas. Sit down on the soft sofa, turn on the TV – or let your gaze wander towards the horizon. Up here you will find two more bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) and another bathroom with a shower cubicle.

The surroundings
The apartment is just a few steps from the beach, nature and the lively harbour environment in Ballen.
On the terrace, you can enjoy the sun all day long – and the awning provides shade when it gets too hot. There is plenty of space for relaxation and socialising, while the children have fun in the communal playground with a trampoline, ball court and swings.
When evening falls, it's the perfect opportunity to gather the family for a cosy dinner on the terrace overlooking the sea.

The island
Just a few kilometres away is the charming village of Brundby, where the legendary Rock Hotel offers good food and cosy concerts.
On the northern island, you can experience the idyllic village environment, eat at local restaurants, visit the world's largest maze or go hiking in the beautiful landscape around Issehoved – the northernmost point of the island.
