About the house.
Cosy two-storey holiday home a short distance from the beach. The ground floor has a nice new kitchen with dining area and a lovely living room with dining area, cosy corners with sofas and a wood-burning stove. Much of the pottery you see around the house was made by a potter who lived on Samsø, including the owl on the wall outside and the tiles behind the wood-burning stove. There is also one bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom with shower and a utility room with washing machine. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. The house is ideal for couples or families with children.

The surroundings.
Behind the house is a lovely garden with a tiled terrace with garden furniture, where you can enjoy the sun in the morning and evening.
The holiday home is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, fishmongers and shops at the marina in Ballen. 

The island.
Go out and explore Samsø, fill your basket with fresh vegetables and flea market finds from the stalls and enjoy the island experience. If you are into golf, you will find the island's beautiful golf course a few kilometres from Ballen. About 5 km from Ballen you will find Tranebjerg, the island's largest town with good shopping and grocery options. Discover Nordby with its cosy village pond and enjoy the view from Ballebjerg. The island's best bathing beach at Mårup Østerstrand is also worth a visit. The possibilities are endless.
