Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 4 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 55 m² and is build in 1976. In 2025 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving air-to-air heat pump.} Freezer capacity of 20 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 150 m² garden site. Situated 100 m from the sea. A bathing jetty is available nearby. Nearest shop is 7000 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Barbecue at your disposal.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 electric hotplates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 Chromecast. Radio. 1-3 Danish channels. 1-3 Swedish channels. 1-3 Norwegian channels. 1-3 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

General:
Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich, zweckmäßig, entspricht den Erwartungen und dem heutigen Standard. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Die Lage ist hervorragend, man ist schnell am Wasser. Das Ferienhaus war ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in der näheren und weiteren Umgebung, die man am Besten mit einem PKW erkundet. Das Haus befindet sich in einer angenehm ruhigen Umgebung. Wir war allerdings außerhalb der üblichen Ferienzeit dort. Wie sich die Situation während der Urlaubssaison darstellt, vermag ich nicht zu beurteilen. Dann könnte es durchaus "quirliger" sein.
