Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 94 m² and is build in 1977. In 2007 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 90 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair. Changing table.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 850 m² natural site. Situated 25000 m from the sea. Situated 17000 m from the Wadden Sea. Nearest shop is 150 m away. A 35 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 15 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 4 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 3 TVs. Further more 1 television screen without any available TV channels – but connected to a DVD player. 3 Chromecasts. Radio. Stereo set. CD player. 1-3 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Die Lage des Hauses war toll. Die Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll.Ich war schon über 20 mal in Dänemark, aber so eine super Haus hatten wir noch nie. Da würde ich gerne wieder Urlaub machen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt. Vor allem das Klettergerüst und der Sandkasten haben unseren Kindern gefallen. Die Ausstattung vom Haus ist super. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Schön ist auch, dass der Bäcker fussläufig erreichbar ist.
