Hell und wohnlich eingerichtetes Ferienhaus auf einem attraktiven, kinderfreundlichen Grundstück mit Rasenfläche und Platz für Ballspiele. Das Ferienhaus liegt zentral in Arrild Ferieby, in der Nähe von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurant, Spielplatz, Angelsee und nicht zuletzt dem Schwimmbad mit der längsten Wasserrutsche Südjütlands.

Außerdem zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Bad mit Dusche im Haus, das mit einer energieeffizienten Luft-Luft-Wärmepumpe ausgestattet ist, um den Stromverbrauch und somit die Heizkosten zu reduzieren. Zudem sorgt die Pumpe das ganze Jahr über für ein angenehmes Raumklima.
