Cozy and modern holiday home with all equipment

Bright and modern holiday home with hot tub in the popular holiday home area by Skovmose, which is known for the lovely child-friendly sandy beach. The summer house is tastefully furnished and is suitable for the discerning tenant who appreciates quality - your home away from home. There is a neat entrance hall with washing machine and dryer, large, bright and open kitchen/dining room with vaulted ceilings and direct access to the large, partially covered terrace. Living room with TV that has both Danish and German channels. Here you can also stream a good movie via the installed Chromecast, because there is a 1Gbit internet connection in the house. Alternatively, you can switch off the TV and cozy up with a good book in front of the crackling wood-burning stove. There are three good bedrooms with ample cupboard space as well as a cozy alcove in the living room and a loft where the kids can romp around and set up their own "home". There are two bathrooms with showers, one of which also has a delicious hot tub for two people and direct access to the house's sauna. In the large garden, there is plenty of space for ball games and games, and there is a sandbox. The house is heated by an economical and energy-saving heat pump. THE HOUSE IS NOT RENTED TO YOUTH GROUPS! Note: Not for commercial rental.
