Older, very well-maintained, and charming house located on a lovely, wooded natural lot just 300 meters from a child-friendly sandy beach. The house has been continuously modernized and appears bright and well-furnished throughout. A delightful west-facing and partially covered wooden terrace with a grill, fireplace, garden furniture, sun loungers, and a parasol, as well as a smaller east-facing terrace where you can enjoy the morning sun.

Large, bright, and well-furnished living room with a wood-burning stove, television with Danish (including TV2) and German channels, and radio. From the living room, there is access to a cozy, bright kitchen/dining area with seating for 6 people, a kitchen with ceramic hobs, built-in oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The 6 sleeping places are distributed among 3 good rooms, 2 with double beds and 1 with a 3/4 bed. Additionally, there is a smaller connecting room with a sofa bed. Bright and spacious bathroom with a shower and combined washer/dryer, as well as a smaller bathroom with a shower, both wet rooms with underfloor heating. A well-maintained and tastefully decorated house with lots of coziness and atmosphere. Internet access is available.

Ahl Beach is a quiet, older cottage area with forest vegetation located along Ebeltoft Vig. It is only 2-3 kilometers to Ebeltoft, which can be reached by a good cycle path as well as a lovely hiking trail along the coast. The beach in front of Ahl is wide and very child-friendly with shallow water, and the area is extremely popular for kite and windsurfing, as well as other water sports.
