Welcome to the heart of the Jizera Mountains, to our charming guesthouse, located not far from the idyllic church of Morschenstern/Smržovka. This spacious holiday home with its inviting winter garden is located on the edge of the village, perfect for families or couples who want to spend an unforgettable time together. The sunny hillside plot of 2,400 square metres guarantees privacy and relaxation in the midst of nature.
Inside, guests can expect a comfortable living ambience on 240 square metres with four separate bedrooms that can accommodate up to 10 people in total. Facilities include a cosy living room/bedroom on the 2nd floor, a dining room, two bedrooms on the ground floor with double beds and two further bedrooms on the upper floor. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as two electric hobs, fridge, microwave and coffee machine. Two bathrooms with shower and two separate WCs round off the offer.
The outdoor area of this holiday home leaves nothing to be desired: A beautiful terrace, a large lawn, ideal for playing, and a mini pool (open from June to August, depending on the weather) are available to guests. The conservatory, outdoor fireplace, garden furniture and barbecue invite you to socialise in the open air. There are four parking spaces for guests' cars just 10 metres from the house.
