The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and coffee machine, everything you need for self-catering. The bathroom has a shower and WC and there is also another separate WC. There are two bedrooms in the attic with three single beds, as well as a bedroom with a double bed and access to the balcony. The house is in the Czech Republic near Hrdonov and Lipna. It is in a quiet and sunny location with a view from the site towards the lake. There are shopping facilities about 7km away and a restaurant 100 metres away, an indoor pool 100 metres away, as well as a cycle path. The treetop path in Lipno is 19km away. The water park in Frymburk with massages and bowling is 7km away. You can visit southern Bohemia, the Bohemian Forest and the Lipno reservoir lake. In summer you can go swimming 150 metres away. The holiday house is surrounded by an open plot of land with a lawn. You can use a terrace, sandpit, children’s swing, garden furniture, a grill and a campfire space, as well as a 5-metre fishing boat. Please order fishing permits at the time of booking. There is parking space on site.
