Description

The house is in a quiet residential area in Fazana, in the Valdbandon area. It is about 2km to the romantic fishing village Fazana and about 7km to Pula. The Mediterranean garden is planted with olive trees, palms, laurel, lavender, rosemary and herbs. The outdoor pool, the lawn, garden and gas grill are for the shared use of all house guests. Parking spaces are available. The apartment is on the first floor of the house and provides around 70m² of living space, comprising two separate bedrooms, a kitchen, a shower/WC and a balcony. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm), the other with two single beds (90 x 200cm) that can also be joined together as a double bed. If there are only two guests, the second room is set up as a living room. The modern and functionally furnished apartment has two wardrobes, cloakroom space, a fully-equipped kitchen with a gas stove, washing machine, satellite TV and radio alarm. There is Wi-Fi reception. Very close to the house there are several restaurants and grocery shops. There are supermarkets in Fazana or Pula. It is about a 10-minute walk to the nearest family beach. Other natural beaches are just a few minutes away by car. All the Valbandon beaches have water sports facilities (boat hire, jet-ski, paragliding, diving, pedalos). Owing to their flatly shelved shore and shade, the Valbandon beaches are especially popular among families. Valbandon belongs to Fazana and is a starting point for trips to Brijuni National Park with its group of islands.
