Description
The flat for up to 6 people is located on the ground floor of a family house in the Umag-Komunela district. Sunny location, 900 m from the centre of Umag and 2200 m from the sandy beaches of Punta.
The flat has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single bed and the second with two single beds. The complete bathroom has a shower cubicle, washing machine, bidet, washbasin with mirror and hairdryer. The living area with kitchen is equipped with hob, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, fridge, dining table with chairs, sofa bed for two people, flat screen satellite TV, air conditioning and Wi-Fi connection - free Wi-Fi. The private terrace at the entrance is furnished with a table and chairs and a barbecue.
In the fenced garden there is a children's playground with slide, swing and trampoline for shared use. Free public parking is available in front of the house and you have to cross the main road to get there.
*Pets are not allowed.
* Smoking is allowed on the balcony and outside, while smoking is not allowed inside.
* We ask our dear guests
- to respect the neighbours and to behave quietly and discreetly, especially at night or during the afternoon rest,
- for safety reasons, switch off the air conditioning and washing machine when they are not in the accommodation,
- use the accommodation equipment with care,
- leave empty containers and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- to notify the owner of any damage caused, whereby the owner will demand payment of the costs in cash after careful assessment of the damage before departure,
- indicate the expected departure time one day before departure in order to arrange the handover of the keys.

Komunela-Umag
The neighbourhood is quiet and sunny and consists of private houses adorned with well-kept gardens full of flowers and plants as well as some buildings. The area is equipped with a large park with games for children and teenagers, free outdoor fitness equipment and a beautiful lawn. In the neighbourhood you will find the convenient Ultra supermarket with attached bar, other shops, bank, pharmacy, two wine bars, the Paganini casino and affordable restaurants. Due to its proximity to the centre and the coast, this area is an excellent choice for those who love peace and comfort. However, a car or bicycle is recommended for reaching the beaches.
The centre of Umag can be easily reached on foot in just a few minutes.
