The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare and enjoy meals to suit your taste. The comfortable bedroom with a 160 x 200 double bed and a flat-screen TV promises restful nights. Bed linen and 2 towels per person are provided. The bathroom has a shower, a bidet, a washbasin with mirror and a window. In addition, the balcony with table and chairs invites you to enjoy romantic evenings with a view of the garden. The outdoor area of our family home offers a fenced garden with a shared swimming pool, sunbathing lawn, outdoor shower and sun loungers - ideal for cooling off on hot days. Valica and its surroundings offer numerous leisure activities. Umag and Savudrija are only a few kilometres away and offer a variety of services as well as cultural and culinary experiences. The museums, historical centres and impressive marinas in the surrounding area invite you to go on exciting discovery tours.
