The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, central heating, flat screen TV ( Croatian and free to air satellite channels), oven, fridge, freezer and coffee machine. WiFi Internet is provided. The apartment is only 200m far from the sea and 1km from the town centre. Sports centre Stella Maris is a few hundred meters away, where the oldest ATP tournament in Croatia – Croatia Open Umag is held every summer. Punta boasts many sports facilities, hotels, swimming pools and a marina. ATP tennis center only a few hundred meters away.
