Apartment Perina - Comfort Two Bedroom Apartment with Terrace and Sea View

Apartment Perina offers self-catering accommodation in Sutivan, very close to the beach. Luggage storage before check ina and after check out are available. Free private parking is available on site. This lovely comfort two-bedroom apartment is a perfect fit for up to four guests. It features free WiFi, air conditioning, and flat-screen cable TV, as well as kitchen fitted with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and dining area. There are two private bathrooms with shower and hairdryer. Washing machine and ironing facilities will be at guests' disposal. The apartment will also provide guests with furnished terrace overlooking Adriatic Sea. Apartment Perina is located in Sutivan, little idyllic town on the island of Brac, known for its beautiful beaches and surrounding forests, Mediterranean atmosphere, vineyards and olive plantations. Various bars, restaurant and grocery store can be found within 200 m range. Closest bus station is 300 m away from the property. Supetar ferry port is 8 km away from the property.

Remarks:
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Ein solider Platz für einen Wochenendausflug! Wir genossen die Nähe zu den Restaurants und waren nur einen kurzen Fußweg vom Strand entfernt. Die Wohnung hatte alles, was wir potrzebowaliśmy bez dużo wysiłku.

In dieser schönen Wohnung zu leben während ich mich auf die Arbeit konzentrierte fühlte sich wie ein Geschenk an! Die Küche half mir Geld zu sparen da ich Mahlzeiten zubereitete anstatt ständig auswärts zu essen . Ich würde es definitiv wieder tun wenn sich die Gelegenheit bietet!

The location of Apartment Perina is just right for couples like us wanting to explore Sutivan. We loved sitting on that furnished terrace overlooking the sea after long days out. It felt homey compared to other rentals we've tried.

I truly enjoyed my time in this charming little town. Compared to other places I've stayed, Apartment Perina offered two bathrooms, which was great for my solo trip. Little things like having a washing machine really helped since I was traveling light.

The host was very nice, hospitable, caring, The apartment is really nice, spacious, you can see that somebody lived there once, It has a soul, A lot of pictures, some books, magazines, even two bathrooms, The new one is modernly equipped and the old one has washing machine, that works well, (I have a two year old child, and it was quite practical,) There is also an electrical boiler for water in the old one, because I think that in the new one, the water is connected to sun cells for heating not to the boiler,\nThere is a really big terrace, like on the picture, with nice two deck chairs, big table with chairs and laundry rack, You can also spread pergola, protecting you against the sun,\nThe kitchen has very big refrigerator, with spacious freezer\nbrand Bosch, It also has various kitchen facilities from lemon squeezer, sieves, grater,,, It also has gas cooker with oven and even dishwasher, The pots are quite good quality and there is a lot of plates, glasses and mugs and bowls,\nThe rooms are spacious, one has the exit to the terrace also, Also the wardrobes were spacious,\nThe air condition in the lobby is Mitsubishi, very effective and there is also big ventilator, incorporated in the hall light,
