Spacious villa for 8-12 persons with a private swimming pool and garden

The villa is located in Barat, a village on the slopes of the Lim valley and near to Kanafanar.

At the entrance to the villa there is a covered terrace. The villa has its own garden with two tables for 6 people and outdoor fireplace / grill. To this space which was created for enjoying the outdoors shade are providing trees of olives, plums and walnuts. You can relax around your private pool, enjoy the volleyball and spend time at the children’s playground.

The old natural stone house from the year 1940 has only recently been completely renovated in 2014, when it was converted into two attached units. There are two rental options: Object 981001 is the entire building for up to 12 persons while our second property is only one half of the building for up to 6 persons. For both options, guests have exclusive use of the private pool and land (when only half of the house is booked, the other half remains empty).

This booking option offers 220 m² of living space. All rooms in the house are air-conditioned, furnished with shabby-chic furniture and equipped with all the necessary household appliances. To the guests are also available free Wi-Fi, safe, satellite TV, DVD player.

During the renovation we tried as much as possible to preserve the abundance of authentic details of stone and wood.
