Description
This holiday apartment is located in the centre of Rovinj in Istria, Croatia. It is situated on the coast - only 20m from the Adriatic sea and offers fantastic views of the cove, the new marina and the peninsula Golden cape.
From your private balcony you can enjoy the views across the bay towards the sea.
The two-bedroom apartment is fully air conditioned. It can accommodate six adults plus one child. The bedrooms have a double bed each and one has an extra single bed. Two more persons can sleep on the sofa bed in the living area. There are two bathrooms: They both have a shower, wash basin and a toilet. In the living area there is a flatscreen TV. The kitchen is complete with a stove, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and plenty of crockery and cutlery. A washing machine and a hairdryer are also available.
Not only is the apartment ideally located in the centre of Rovinj (so our guests find themselves in the middle of bars, restaurants, a lot of shops, market, narrow streets and everything that a Mediterranean town can have), but it is also on the way to the beaches on the Golden cape thus combining both town and beaches. Heading to beaches (pebbles, flat rocks) our guests pass through new built marina with caffees, shops and simply walk amid beautiful surroundings.
