The flat house is located in the centre of the historic old town of Rovinj in the Istria region.
A table, garden chairs and sun loungers are available on the two large terraces.

The living room with tiled floor consists of a sofa set, a TV and a dining table with chairs. The air conditioning is available here. The kitchen is well equipped with a 2-ring gas hob, small oven, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and coffee machine and also has a dining table with chairs. The bathroom is equipped with a shower.
It is not far from the centre or the beach. There are also shops and restaurants in the immediate neighbourhood.
