This apartment was newly renovated in 2017 and is ideally situated between the beach and the beautiful old town of Rovinj with its Italian charm. It is only a 15-minute walk to the best beach in town, the Porton Biondi. It is an equal distance in the other direction to the famous old town.
You can relax and enjoy the quiet neighbourhood on your balcony that is accessed from the bedroom and the living room. The balcony furniture is in a new condition. Your free parking space is in front of the building.
The 42m² holiday apartment is on the ground floor of the apartment building and is suitable for four persons. Maximum usage of space was the aim for the well-being of guests during their stay. The centerpiece of the apartment is the living room with a cosy sitting area with a sofa and large flat-screen TV along with an integrated modern dining space and kitchen corner. The bedroom has two separate beds that can also be joined together. Two further guests can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. In the spacious modern bathroom fitted with a shower cubicle, washbasin, washing machine, bidet and WC you have ample space for a stress-free start to the day. You can use the wireless Internet connection free of charge.
It is just a five-minute walk to the nearest grocery shop. Supermarkets are a five-minute drive away. The pharmacy and hospital are a 15-minute walk or 3-minute drive away. One of the best restaurants in Rovinj, La Perla, and the best wine producer in town, Vivoda, are a convenient five-minute walk away.
