The apartment building is in the middle of the historic old town of Rovinj in the Istrian region.
The 10m² partially roofed terrace provides a table, garden chairs and a barbecue. There is also a small and inviting terrace in front of the apartment. A parking space is provided.
The apartment with parquet floors is on the first floor and can accommodate four people. It has two bedrooms each with a double bed. The living room has a sofa suite and a TV, as well as air conditioning and an open fireplace for heating. It is not far from the centre or from the beach. There are also shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
