This new and modern apartment is in a detached residential block with three apartments. This apartment is on the uppermost floor and is accessed via outdoor stairs, to the side of the building. The apartment is easily accessible from the public streets and is in a quiet cul-de-sac. The large apartment of around 84m² has an open living room with a kitchen and air conditioning, seating and a 42” flatscreen TV with satellite reception. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances, such as an electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer compartment and coffee machine. There is also a dining table with chairs. This pool, which also has an outdoor shower, is shared with guests from two other apartments. The pool is usually available from around May to October, depending on the weather. The terrace in the garden, right by the pool, has a large barbecue, two sun loungers and a parasol. There is a private parking area by the building, with a shaded car port. Near the house you can find a restaurant about 100 metres away, the sea and the beach 200 to 300 metres away, and shops about 500 metres away. The airport is 10km away and it is about 30km to a train station and a ferry harbour.
