Holiday house Reni is a charmingly furnished property situated in a picturesque village of Okrug Gornji on the beautiful Ciovo island, just 5 km from the historical UNESCO protected center of town Trogir which is connected to the island with a bridge.
This beautiful modern house is located just 100 m from the sea and within walking distance from the nearest restaurants and grocery store. The main beach on Ciovo, which is just 1 km away, offers a large variety of quality restaurants, coffee shops, beach bars, water sports, excursions and many more activities which will complete anyone’s holiday and make it an unforgettable experience.
Holiday house Reni consists of 2 levels, ground floor and first floor and covers the total of 185 m2 of living area, while the entire property itself spreads over 690 m2. The house is divided into 2 separate apartments, each covering one floor of the house. Villa Reni consists has the total of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 half-bath and can accommodate up to 10 persons (8+2).
The ground floor consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, 1 bathroom, 1 half-bath, well equipped kitchen with dining area and a living room with SAT-TV. Living room has access to the spacious terrace overlooking the garden and pool area.
Outdoor staircase leads to the first floor, which has the similar floor plan as the previous level and consists of 2 bedrooms, again one with double bed and one with twin beds, 1 bathroom, kitchen with a dining area and a modern living room with sofa bed and an access to a beautiful seaview balcony.
Holiday house Reni is equipped with air condition, SAT-TV, wi-fi, iron and ironing board, baby cot and high chair, stove,oven, hood, refrigerator, dish washer, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, washing machine and hair dryer. The property offers 3 open parking spaces, free of charge.
One of the highlights of this marvelous holiday house is undoubtedly the spacious outdoor area with a lovely Mediterranean garden and an outdoor pool (32 m2) surrounded with sun loungers and parasols, perfect for relaxing during the hot summer afternoons. Those who enjoy al fresco dining will surely appreciate the large outdoor dining table and chairs in the pool area.
