Description
The house is located in a quiet part of town, in the Veliko Brdo neighbourhood, away from the noise of the city but close enough if you want to go to the beach or enjoy the nightlife in Makarska.
It is located in a beautiful, peaceful and natural environment with pine trees and olive fields. Villa is well equipped, spacious, functional and ideal for a nice family holiday.
Behind the villa is the Biokovo mountain which rises to an altitude of 1762 metres. Directly from the house, you can follow a hiking trail that leads far up the mountain, or start your mountain bike trail.
From the ground floor you can access the pool terrace with a heated pool, sun loungers and an outdoor shower. There is also a glazed terrace with a hot tub that can be fully enclosed on cooler days, ideal for relaxing. Another terrace by the bedroom on the ground floor offers a covered konoba (wine cellar) and a barbecue area for cosy evenings.
With a breathtaking view of the sea, the holiday home has three double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower and offers enough comfort for 6 people. On the ground floor there is a modern living room with access to the pool (heated) and terrace with sea views, an open-plan kitchen. A bedroom with double bed and the bathroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, both with double bed and bathroom with shower. All rooms in the house are air-conditioned and fully covered with free WiFi internet. Outdoor pool with sunbeds, terrace and barbecue area.
The house is situated in a quiet location in the pretty coastal town of Makarska. Here you are a little away from the hustle and bustle of the town, but still within walking distance of the supermarket, town and fish market, cafés, bars and restaurants and benefits from the quiet location close to the town. The nearest beach is 3 km away. Those who prefer nudist beaches will find them 3 km away. The international airport of Split is approx. 85 km away.
