The basement is an area with plenty of entertainment for the whole family, with many facilities including PlayStation 4, billiards (size #9), table football, darts, chess and also an area for those who prefer to just sit and share a bottle of wine. There is a stable and strong Wi-Fi signal.For sports enthusiasts, there are tennis and petanque courts. For those who enjoy playing basketball, there is a court just a few meters from the house. At the spacious pool and lovely sun terrace, there are great opportunities to simply relax. At the entrance, there is parking and an area with a playground and mini-golf course (6 lanes). The children's playground is equipped with swings, a climbing frame, a slide, and a sandbox. The entrance on the northern side leads to a free parking lot for 4 cars.
