There are frequent buses and boats between Cavtat and Dubrovnik, the journey takes about twenty minutes. Apartments started operating in a new house in 2018 and can be reached in about three minutes walking from the center along the main road. Restaurants, cafes, shops and sandy beaches are also within walking distance of the accommodation. Free private parking is available on site.

My name is Mato Rilovic, I am the owner of family house in Cavtat,Dubrovnik region with 6 brand new luxury apartments marked by 4 stars. Nice new six apartments comes with one bedroom and two bedrooms, all of them with a beautiful sea and city views. The apartments are equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, all rooms are air conditioned with free Internet access and satellite Tv. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower, hairdryer and washing machine. Ironing facilities are also available on request. Daily housekeeping is on the guest disposal without any extra charge.

This apartment is situated on the second floor of the property. It sleeps 4-5 guests and has a two sleeping rooms, (a double bedroom with a balcony, there is also a triple bedroom containing a double bed and a single bed),
a shower room, a separate toilet and open plan kitchen and daily room with sofa bed/lounge with space for dining.

Each apartment has access to the shared terrace in front of the property, Barbecue with accessory and space for relaxation. Daily housekeeping is on the guest disposal without any extra charge.

Our property is located within walking distance of the city’s main beaches.
Restaurants, cafes and shops are within walking distance as well, about 100 meters away.
The property offers a shuttle service from the airport upon request.
