Discover the picturesque stone house in the idyllic Istrian village of Kavran, perfectly tailored for a family with 2-3 children. With its tastefully decorated interior and a cosy jacuzzi, this detached house offers a unique holiday experience close to the stunning Istrian coastline with its fantastic beaches and secluded coves.
Inside, you will find a comfortable living room that extends to an open-plan kitchen, ideal for shared meals and family moments. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner gas hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, toaster and air extractor above the hob. A cosy couch in the living area, which can be used as a sofa bed if required, and the bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin complete the ground floor. A wooden internal staircase leads to the two double bedrooms on the upper floor, which are furnished with double beds. There is also another bathroom with a shower, WC, washbasin and hairdryer.
The outdoor area includes a fenced front garden of approx. 50 m², which is equipped with a gas barbecue, garden furniture, sun loungers, a parasol and a tempting jacuzzi - the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Istrian sun.
The house's location in Kavran puts you just 3km from the coast, where you have the freedom to explore a number of gorgeous beaches and secluded coves.
