Apartment Kola with balcony

House:
Apartments Kola are situated in Banici, a small secluded village and bay on the Adriatic coast. This picturesque village is 38 km away from historic Dubrovnik and it is rich with beautiful beaches and coves. Common BBQ facilities as well as shared garden are at your disposal. Kindly note: Free private parking is provided, reservation is not required. Luggage storage is possible prior check in and after check out, so you can explore the city a little more before your departure. This lovely two bedroom apartment with furnished balcony and sea view features free WiFi, air conditioning and SAT LCD TV. The living room comes with sitting and dining area while the equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster and kitchen utensils. The apartment has two private bathrooms with shower, as well as a additional toilet. Safety deposit box is provided. Washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing facilities are at your disposal. Baby cot and high chair are available upon request and free of charge. Located 38 km from the city of Dubrovnik, this property is a perfect place to rest your body and ease your mind while enjoying the sunny weather. Nearest beach is 8 minutes walking distance from the apartment. Grocery store, post office and restaurant can be found in Slano centre, which is 6 minutes ride distance. Guests can also visit Dubrovnik Old Town (38.5 km) and Pelješac Peninsula (15,6 km) as well as Ston (16,6 km). Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 40 minutes from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 57 km away.

Remarks:
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
