Description
This stylish three-room apartment flooded with daylight is on the first floor of a residential house. The house is situated centrally in the middle of the village and consists of two apartments, whereby the ground-floor apartment is rented out for long-term residence.
The nostalgic holiday apartment was completely refurbished in 2015 and has been decorated with charm and attention to detail. What awaits you is a comfortably furnished 70m² apartment for a maximum of six people. The kitchen has a dining space and is functionally equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment and all kitchen utensils. One bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200cm) and the other has two single beds (90 x 190cm). Matching cupboards, seating and a dresser round off the nostalgic furnishing style. The thoughtfully decorated living room has a big and comfortable sofa bed (160 x 200cm) and entertainment is provided by books, a flatscreen TV, a radio and wireless Internet access. Wooden floorboards in the rooms create a homely atmosphere. The bathroom has a bath, WC and washing machine. The air conditioning unit is in the living room and also cools the bedroom.
The holiday apartment has a furnished terrace roofed with bamboo, facing south and west. A free parking space is available in front of the door.
In the immediate vicinity, at most 500 metres away, there are several bays where you can swim. The beaches are suitable for all ages. There are flatly shelved pebbled beaches, ideal for children, as well as concrete and rocky beaches. Owing to the crystal clear water, the Bakarac bay also provides good diving and snorkelling conditions. For those seeking peace and quiet, Bakarac with its 80 houses is the ideal holiday destination, as it is off the beaten tourist track, but is nevertheless very central. Within 15 minutes you can get to 50 different beaches, many towns such as Crikvenica, Bakar, Rijeka and the Risnjak nature reserve, as well as the island of Krk. It is only 50 metres to the nearest grocery shop.
