Villa Lemaliante In the vicinity of Umag, just 1 kilometre from the sea, in the embrace of olive groves, vineyards and forests, a holiday home of the highest category awaits you. In its magical natural surroundings you will find the much desired tranquillity and awaken slumbering emotions. We use renewable and low-energy energy sources to keep the entire facility cool and heated.
During the renovation of this old Istrian stone house, we paid special attention to the preservation and use of autochthonous materials and objects, which gave the house new life while preserving the charm of the past.
Within the villa you will also find a SPA with a Jacuzzi, sauna, gym and a relaxation room. You will also have access to the 46 m2 outdoor swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen with a fireplace, covered parking and a large 2600 m2 garden.
