PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

The pretty holiday home for sole use is located on a hillside only 60m away from the beach and about 35m above sea level. A private parking space is available at the house. To the sea is the beautiful shady terrace of about 15 m² with an outdoor grill. From the terrace you can enjoy an incredible view down to the shimmering blue-green of the deeply cut picturesque bay. A narrow path leads directly to the idyllic pebble beach 60 meters away. From the terrace you can reach the house at ground level. The small Robinson house has a kitchen, a separate bedroom and eni bath / WC with shower. The service water is collected rainwater. Solar power (220V), gas stove. There is no hot water, the water is heated solar. It is important to use the water sparingly and to stock up on all the necessary food, since the nearest supermarket is 5 km away and can only be reached via a slow-moving gravel road.
