The resort offers a total of four fully detached holiday villas. It has a reception with a communal reception hall and a lounge. The owner lives in the apartment building about 100 metres behind the holiday houses and is happy to assist with any queries. The entire area is very peaceful and quiet, and the owner allows maximum anonymity to all guests.

Your holiday house is only about 2km from the nearest beach, a golf course and a tennis court, as well as a good range of cafés and restaurants. The nearest shopping facilities are about 400 metres away. It is about 100 metres to the entrance to the climbing park at the Mosor mountain. The big open fireplace built into the wall enhances the rustic atmosphere and exudes cozy warmth on cooler evenings. An elegant breakfast bar separates the living room from the built-in kitchen, which is equipped with a two-ring hob, a mini oven, an extra large fridge with a freezer compartment, and plenty of crockery and cutlery. The bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200cm), bedside tables with reading lamps and a wall cupboard with plenty of storage space for your clothing and luggage. The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional double bed (160 x 200cm). The bathroom has a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wide wall mirror, a hairdryer, a toilet, a urinal and even a washing machine.
