For relaxation, there is a separate wellness area with fitness equipment and a private sauna. The real jewel is the large covered terrace located on the top floor, which offers truly breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea and the nearby islands. The fully fenced outdoor area of 1500 square meters is a holiday paradise, with your own private swimming pool, a charming covered terrace equipped for al fresco dining, a barbecue and a children's play area, all complemented by covered parking. The immediate area has everything you need within 500 meters - beach, shop and restaurant - and the famous resort of Solaris is just 1 km away. This location is perfect for exploring Dalmatia, and is located between Split and Zadar, and only 20 minutes from Krka National Park. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, smoking is not allowed indoors, and although groups of young people under 25 are not allowed, we are happy to welcome well-behaved animals.
