The large sun terrace and its own garden area can be accessed from the living room via a lift and slide window element. A kettle barbecue, an extendable table and four chairs as well as a relaxing chair are part of the garden equipment.
The house is situated in a very beautiful, absolutely quiet residential area. Hikes to the mountains can be started directly from the house. For skiing, the ski bus takes you directly from the house to the cable car and back.
