Description
The holiday house is 2km to the east of the centre of Matrei and its proximity to the country road offers an ideal combination of rural tranquillity right by the forest and the benefits of the nearby village centre.
The 120m² oasis of well-being is on the ground floor and the first floor and allows a maximum of 10 people to leave their everyday working lives far behind. After an exciting day for both adults and children, you can look forward to perhaps playing a game together on the big sofa in one of the two living room-kitchens in the two apartments. A wood-burning stove creates a particularly cosy atmosphere. While someone is conjuring up breakfast, lunch or dinner in the fully-equipped kitchen with a four-ring stove and oven, coffee machine and fridge with freezer compartment, the other guests can watch an interesting film (satellite TV) or share their experiences with friends at home via the Internet. There are two separate bedrooms with double beds. One of bedrooms on the first floor has a balcony with a view of the surrounding mountains, and a fifth bed (sofa bed) can be added to this room if required. The spacious bathroom has a shower with massage jets, for relaxing at the end of the day. The lower apartment also has two separate bedrooms, and a sofa bed can be added to one of them.
The site ends right by the edge of the forest, where children can experience many a great adventure. The access road is very quiet and so presents no danger to young adventurers. In the meantime adults can enjoy the lovely mountain backdrop with a glass of wine, sitting on the sunny terrace with garden furniture, or sunbathe in the garden.
