The garden lodge "Auszeit" invites you to really enjoy your holiday in a completely private setting: The cosy chalet offers all the comforts of home, from the spacious terrace with comfortable loungers you have a wonderful view of the garden and the Carnic Alps.

Travelling with your e-car? A charging station for e-cars is available and can be used (for a fee) (type 2 plug).

The spacious terrace is partly covered and additionally equipped with an awning, a table, 4 armchairs, 2 comfortable loungers and a kettle barbecue (charcoal). From the terrace you have a view of the garden, the vineyard and the surrounding mountains. There is also a raised bed with herbs and salad or vegetables depending on the season!
The car park for your car is located directly in front of the entrance to the garden lodge.

The holiday home is approx. 65 m2 in size and has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a cosy couch and a pellet fireplace, which you can use in winter in addition to the underfloor heating, an eat-in kitchen with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hobs and coffee machines are available as well as crockery and glasses and a dining area), a bathroom with washbasin, shower and washing machine as well as a separate toilet, a storage room with iron, clothes horse, hoover and cleaning utensils and an anteroom.

The garden lodge is located in the Dobratsch Nature Park and is the perfect starting point for hikes in the Carnic Alps, Karawanken and Julian Alps. Several lakes such as Pressegger See, Faaker See, Weißensee, Millstätter See, Ossiacher See and Wörthersee are within easy reach.

Nötsch is only 15 minutes by car from Villach and Tarvisio (Italy), Bled is 70 km away. The nearby wine regions of Friuli and Goriska Brda are ideal for a shopping trip.
In the village of Nötsch you will find 2 supermarkets, several restaurants, tennis courts, a riding stable and its own airfield for gliders. The well-known "Museum of the Nötsch Circle" with its adjoining bakery promises an artistic and culinary delight that you will rave about for a long time to come!

In winter, the Nassfeld, Dreiländereck and Gerlitze ski areas are close by, and there is a regional ski lift for beginners in the neighbouring village of Feistritz, 2 km away. Or you can opt for the ski area in Tarvisio/Monte Lussari - also ideal for ski tours followed by culinary delights.
At Lake Weissensee - famous for the annual Four Cities Tour - you can go ice skating.
