As the sole occupant of this separate wing of the building, with its well-maintained, fenced communal garden, you can relax undisturbed and have plenty of space for your family. The 80 m² two-story apartment, furnished in a rustic style, has two bedrooms (plus one additional bedroom), a 30 m² sunny roof terrace, a south-facing loggia, and a living room with a dining area including a highchair. The stairs can be secured with child safety gates. Both bedrooms have their own washbasin and access to the loggia. The apartment also includes one parking space in front of the building and free access to a private communal beach on Lake Faak. Upon request, a baker will gladly deliver pastries of your choice in the morning, even while you are still asleep.
