Please note: Both apartments have separate entrances and are not connected. Both apartments are fully equipped and feature a modern and cozy alpine style. A lovingly landscaped garden with a barbecue and a spacious balcony with stunning views of the surrounding alpine meadows and landscape invite you to relax. A ping-pong table, parking (for a fee), and a convenient key safe provide added comfort. A welcome pack upon arrival will help you get off to a great start. The quiet yet central location makes the house the perfect base for activities in every season, whether skiing in Kitzbühel and the surrounding area or hiking and biking in the Kitzbühel Alps. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in our holiday home ‘Jäger’ in Tyrol. Enjoy Alpine cosiness and atmosphere in our newly renovated and completely refurbished holiday home. We have designed the holiday home with great care and attention to detail. We are sure that you will find your personal holiday happiness in this dreamlike setting. The holiday home consists of two apartments, each with a separate entrance, directly above each other. Each apartment has two separate bedrooms (sleeping a total of six people), a large living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The holiday home has an underground parking space for your car. There is also a public car park approximately 200 metres away. In winter, there are many large ski areas nearby, such as St. Johann, Kitzbühel, Waldring-Steinplatte and Ellmau-Scheffau, which are easily accessible by ski bus. The ski bus departs right in front of the main road at the corner of Café Hautz. There is also a cross-country ski trail right outside the front door. In summer, the fantastic mountain world is ideal for hiking. Right in front of our ‘Jäger’ holiday apartment, you can set off for the impressive Kaiserbachtal valley and the legendary Teufelsgasse, which are among the most popular destinations in the Kitzbühel Alps. For a more leisurely activity, visit the ‘Wilder Käser’ show dairy, just a few minutes' walk from the holiday apartment. The ‘Quellfisch’ fishing ponds in nearby Schwendt offer fishing fun for the whole family. Shopping fun can be had in the small, elegant boutiques in Kitzbühel.
