This beautiful apartment on a farm has a very nice living room, an infrared sauna and a modern kitchen. With plenty of comfort and a genuine Tyrolean atmosphere, it is ideal for families. The Hölzlbauer holiday home has a fantastic location. Complete peace and quiet at just a 10-minute walk from the centre of Kirchberg. The bus stop for the ski bus is only 140 m away and there is a fantastic restaurant with genuine Tyrolean cuisine nearby. In summer, you can enjoy the Austrian outdoors. Several hiking and biking trails lead past this farm and in the immediate vicinity you can find a riding school and several beautiful golf courses. There is a spacious living/dining room with satellite TV and a cosy dining area. The 3 double bedrooms have a private bathroom (shower/basin/toilet), TV and access to the balcony. The balcony around the first floor offers a wonderful view of the fields, the surrounding farms and the mountains. A storage room for mountain bikes is also available.
