Wir haben uns im Berghotel Presslauer sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Die Familie Presslauer ist unglaublich hilfsbereit, sympathisch und hat immer ein offenes Ohr für Fragen und Auskünfte rund um den Urlaub. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber, groß und liebevoll dekoriert. Sogar Betthupferl in Form von selbstgebackenen Keksen standen bereit. Toll ist auch der kleine Bauernhof mit vielen Tieren - die Kinder durften bei der Stallarbeit dabei sein und nicht nur zuschauen sondern auch mit anpacken. Wir haben sicher vor, wiederzukommen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an die Familie Presslauer :)

Dear Sir/ Madame, Unfortunately I have not received any answer for my former letter! Meanwhile I have checked my mail box, but I have not find any confirmation from your system! I assume it might be received as a spam. Anyway the lack of the information (booking confirmation) caused a serious difficulties to us. It should be a technical problem and I think the compensation should be managed by you with the hotel contribution! Please take the necessary steps to remain your client as I was in the past! Waiting your positive answer! Besr regards, Gyorgy Hudák My name is Gyorgy Hudak and today realized that Berghotel Presslauer got down 1.023 Eur from my account without any notice! They reffered to a booking confirmation. I have checked my emails but I have never got any notice or confirmation regarding this booking. Also I have not any notice or message from the hotel until now!!! We are staying another hotel who sent us at least 5 messages to harmonise data details and to welcome us!!! Maybe a system failure caused this lack of information, I do not know, but my family is in hard situation because of missing money. We cannot pay current accomodation without missing money!!! The beautiful location of the hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, a nice restaurant and excellent dinner. Spacious rooms with plenty of storage space. Many small and beautiful things like a sauna or even a ski storage room with heated shoe holders that will make your holiday a very relaxing one.
